Court Reservations
We ask all members who are playing at the tennis and pickleball courts to use the online reservation system.
If you do not have an account please follow the steps below:
- Visit the website at http://holdmycourt.com/reserve2/carolinacc
- Click on Sign in or Register
- Go to new registration – Put in name, email and phone number (a password will be sent to your email)
- Sign in with your email and password
- If you want to change the password you can go to change profile, change the information you want to change and press change log-in info.
Shoes for Pickleball Courts
We have four new clay court pickleball courts. We have had some play on the courts with incorrect shoes.
To keep the courts in great condition, all players on the court need to be wearing tennis shoes that have smooth soles that don’t dig up the court. Must have herringbone pattern on sole. Please see the photo below for appropriate shoes on the courts.
NO RUNNING SHOES OR CROSS TRAINERS. No On Cloud running shoes.

Information on Guests
Please note you must be a member of The Carolina Country Club to use the tennis and pickleball courts. This includes clinics, socials, and regular member play.
Guests are allowed to play with members, but guests will be charged an appropriate guest fee to the member’s account who has invited a guest.
This applies to all amenities at The Carolina Country Club, including bringing guests for golf, tennis, pickleball, the gym, and pool facilities. All guests are limited to 8 visits annually, with exception to dining guests, who can come with you as often as they’d like to dine without a limit or paying a fee. Guests must be present with club member at all times.
