Power Up Fitness Class 💪
This class is designed to help build lean muscle all while shedding excess fat. This class includes circuit training, cardio, weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, core training and ends with some stretching to give you a complete workout.
Wednesdays & Fridays @ 9 am in the upstairs room in the gym
