Wine Dinner

This November, we’re hosting a special wine-paired dinner on Thursday, November 16th at 6:30 p.m. If you’ve tried our G3 Red Blend on our CCC Wine Menu, then you will love the wine selected for this dinner.

You’ll enjoy three glasses of wine paired with a delicious three-course meal for just $60 per person.

• G3 Goose Ridge Chardonnay paired with Tuna Tartar and topped with Chef’s Citrus Pearls
• G3 Goose Ridge Merlot paired with Cornish Hens with a Merlot Mushroom Gravy & Rosemary Potato Pave
• G3 Goose Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta topped with Crispy Tuile & a Blackberry Cabernet Sauce
